Mpumalanga: The true home of scenic beauty and wild life.

Day 1: am/pm
Personal guide to meet you at Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA) and transfer you to one of many private game lodges in the Sabi Sands where you will be based for the next 2 days. After settling in you will be invited to tea before departure on your sunset safari. There is great opportunity to have close encounters with the big five (Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Rhino, Buffalo). Sundowners are served in the bush while watching the sunset. Return to a typical African dinner while seated around a bush fire in a "Boma". Relax and reflect on the days experiences with friends and your game ranger.

Day 2: am
You will be woken before dawn and meet for coffee and rusks before your early morning game drive. You will return mid-morning to a scrumptious breakfast, after which, enjoy some free time around the pool, or in the lounge with a good book. Perhaps you would enjoy a 2 hour game walk accompanied by your game ranger.

Day 2: pm
Afternoon tea signifies the call to your final open vehicle safari, trusting that you will be able to add to the list of wild life sightings. Sundowner drinks in the bush and view the nocturnal animals by spotlight before returning to the lodge for another delicious bush dinner.

Day 3: am/pm
Early departure for Moholoholo Wild Life Rehabilitation centre. Great opportunity to become more familiar with the wild animals by touching and, holding. The rangers will give you the inside stories to their survival. Depart for Blyde River Canyon driving up to the top over spectacular scenery, stopping off at The 3 Rondawels, Bourkes luck potholes, Gods Window, Lisbon Falls before entering the quaint village of Graskop for lunch. If you are an adrenalin junkie this is the time to do your 68 metre bungy jump.

Day 3: am/pm
The village of Hazyview will be your base for the next 2 days staying at one of the many hotels or guest houses. Settle in and enjoy an evening at leisure, ending with dinner at your lodgings.

Day 4: am
At your convenience enjoy a leisurely full English or continental breakfast at your lodgings. Take to the air, and explore the area in a helicopter/fixed wing aeroplane or for the more adventurous in a microlight. Pop into Perry's Bridge Trading Post for a jar of home brewed ale and souvenir shopping. Transfer to Induna adventure centre and choose an activity, river rafting, quad biking, hiking down the beautiful Mac Mac trail or a canopy tour. Break for lunch at Summerfields restaurant. Summerfields also has a wellness centre on the Sabi River should you desire some pampering.

Day 4: pm
After lunch you will visit the Elephant Sanctuary where you can  do a 2 hour interactive elephant back tour inclusive of a 30 minute ride. Had enough of wild animals? Choose a round of golf from one of two golf courses in Hazyview. Return to your hotel and change for the evening cultural festival of song and dance and feast at Shangana village.

Day 5: am
After a leisurely breakfast you depart for KMIA to catch your flight to Inhambane which is one of the 11 provinces of Mozambique. On your way a visit to the botanical gardens in Nelspruit,  maybe a choice.
